Yeah yeah, I know, it's been a long time since I posted the last review. (OK, not thaaat long, but in e-time, 12 days is like 12 months! At least, that's how I feel...) To be perfectly honest, I've been pretty busy this month. I've had 2 weeks Easter holiday where I've been abroad with limited Internet access, then I've been in Wales for a week on a school trip, in a cottage that has no electricity, central heating or running water... This week is the first week I've actually managed to settle down a tad, and once again I'm back into the school rhythm. But not for long! In about two weeks time, I have an onslaught of exams, sone internal and some (important) external ones. All this means I should be revising, and that means less reading, and, in turn, less reviews and updates, which, ideally, I would like to keep at a two-updates-a-week pace. That means I'm going to have to ask for some help: namely in the form of reviewers! I already have a few at my side, but they, too, have lives, and I can't ask them to write reviews when they're busy with their lives. So if anyone of you would like to become a reviewer, be it regularly or just a one off, just email yours truly at

. Even if you are interested, but just don't know how to go about it, contact me and we'll work something out. Some of you might remember that about a month ago, the competition to win a copy of Dan Wells' great new novel Mr Monster closed, and since then, nothing has happened. No, I haven't forgotten it! I've been thinking about it for a long time now. I haven't actually got the copies yet- there seems to be a problem with the post. As soon as I get the copies, I asure you that I will pick the winners. I'll do this using a random number picker on the Internet. And now, for some statistics. I love looking at the site stats for ThirstforFiction, and I thought I'd update you with some facts and figures about last month's traffic. Last month, ThirstforFiction had 449 unique users. I'm incredibly proud of this (best yet), let's hope not for long!) and I'd like to thank you all for regularly coming and visiting the site. In total, we had 1737 visits that month, which equates to approximatly 3.86 visits per user. Visits last on average 488 seconds, and each visit viewed an average of 6.74 pages. Most people came from bookmarks etc, and not surprisingly, Google referred most people to T4F, with a grand total of 135 referrals. The page that was most viewed (after the homepage) was the competition page, with 240 visits. Again, thank you all, and let's hope these figures continue to grow! I shall see you again soon, -Rhys
